KONICA METERS

Konica 1015/1216 - Meter is located behind and below (to the right) bypass tray on the outside of the copier
Konica 2223 - Meter is inside the front door, on the bottom left hand corner OR press "p" button and then #1, meter will come up
Konica 7020/7025/7030/7033/7035 - Open the door on the right side of the copier.  It looks like an odometer in the top right hand corner. Look hard - it's small. 
Konica 7040/7045/7050/7055/7060/7065 - Open the front panel.  The meter is along the top, left side. 
Konica 7075 - Open both of the two front doors, the meter is inside.
Konica 7085/7133/7155 - Open front doors.  In the upper left corner there is a black box that has meter in it. 
Konica 7115/7118 - Push "Counter" button on the control panel.  All meters will show.
Konica 7130/7145 - Open door on the right side of the copier.  The meter looks like odometer in top right hand corner. It's small. 
Konica 7165 - Open the door on the left side of the copier.  The black box in the left corner has meter
Konica 7150 - Open the front door, the meter is inside.
Konica 7410 - Open the right hand side of the copier.  The meter is all the way towards the back.
Konica 7915/7920/8020/8031 - Press the utility button and then meter count
Konica 8050 - Press "P" on control panel.  Meter will show on digital screen.  It will show "Full color counter" and "Mono (B&W) counter"
Konica 7022/7135 - Open right hand side cover. The meter is in the top right hand corner. OR press "*" (asterisk) key beneath the "7" key. Meter reading will be displayed as "TOTAL COUNT". Press "Print" for printout.
Konica 2028/3135 – Open the front cover. The meter is in the upper left corner.
Konica 1112 – Open machine from right hand side by pushing down the lever. Meter is on right hand corner.
Konica 2020 – At the rear of the paper feed side cover.
Konica 1290 – Open the machine, Meter is in the right rear corner.
Konica 1290RE – Meter is on the right side, behind the paper tray.
Konica 2590 – Open the front door. Meter is in lower right corner, under serial number.

MINOLTA METERS

Minolta Di 151/152/181/183/200 - Hold down “Clear/Stop” button – meter will flash across display two digits at a time.
Minolta Di 250/251/350/351/450/470/520/550/551/620 - Analog meter is one the right side panel – either at the top near ADF or halfway down near the power switch.
Minolta Di 650/750 - Analog meter is inside the front cover.
Minolta EP 1030/1031/1080/1081/2010/2030/2050/2080/2130/2151/3000/3050/4000/4050/5000/5050/6000/6001 - Analog meter is one the right side panel – either at the top near ADF or halfway down near the power switch.
Minolta CF2002/CF3102 - Press Utility button. Press Meter count on screen and the press Print.
Minolta Di470/Di520 - Meter reading odometer is located on the right side of the machine near front door. Also through the touch panel on the machine by pressing 'Utility' button followed by 'Meter Count' on touch panel, this will display meter readings in detail.

KONICA MINOLTA METERS

Konica Minolta Di250/250f/351/351f/520470 - Press Utility press meter count press total counter
Konica Minolta Di2510/3010/3510/3510f - Meter reading is obtained by reading the odometer located behind the front door with the Konica Minolta emblem.
Konica Minolta Bizhub 250/350/420/500 - Meter reading is obtained by reading the odometer located behind the front door with the Konica Minolta emblem.
Konica Minolta Bizhub 210/162 - Meter is obtained by pressing 'status' button followed by pressing 'yes' this will display the meter count. 'Panel reset' button is used to exit.
Konica Minolta Di1611/DI2011 - Meter is obtained by pressing 'status' button followed by pressing 'yes' this will display the meter count. 'Panel reset' button is used to exit.
Konica Minolta C250/C450 - Meter Reading is obtained by pressing 'Utility' button, followed by pressing 'Details' located on the LCD panel. This will provides an option to print the reading. Press print choose the A4 tray then press the green print button
Konica Minolta C350 - Meter Reading is obtained by pressing 'Utility' button, followed by pressing 'Counter list' located on the LCD panel. This will display meter reading & also provides an option to print the reading.

MURATEC METERS

Muratec F110 – Press “report/help” button.  Scroll right to the “system data” option and press enter – Report page will print.
Muratec F320/F360 – Push “menu” button, then *09 and press Enter. Open the one touch panel at left of display screen – push “E-05” button and “pages printed” will appear.
Muratec F520/560, MFX 1430/2030 – Press small green “setting” button.  On display screen, choose “Counter” option and “Print Total” will appear.
Muratec MFX 1200/1300 – Push the “P” button, then *9 and press Enter. Open the one touch panel at left of display screen – push “E-05” button and “Pages Printed” will appear.
Muratec MFX 2500/2530 – Press the “Menu” button (small round button).  Chose “machine set” option (middle rectangle button under display screen).  “Page Count” will be highlighted; Press Enter and meter will appear.
Muratec MFX 2830/2830i - Press the rectangle “Settings” button at top right of the display screen.  Choose “Counter” option on the display screen – “print total” will appear.
Muratec MFX 2850/2350 – Open front panel (with Muratec emblem), meter in top right corner. OR Press the rectangle “Settings” button at top right of the display screen.  Choose “Counter” option on the display screen – “print total” will appear.

XEROX METERS

Xerox Phaser Printers (all models) – Chose “Information” option and press “OK”.  Arrow down to the “Information Page” and press “OK”. Then arrow down to “Configuration Page” and press “OK”.  The report will print with “Total Counts” listed.
Xerox WorkCenter M24 – Press the “Machine Status” button on the control panel.  Select “Billing Meter/Print Report” tab on the touch screen. Select “Billing Meter” option – will display Black/White copies under Meter 1 and Color copies under Meter 2.  Select “Close” to exit.
Xerox WorkCenter C2424 – Chose the “System Setup” button on the Control Panel. A menu will be displayed. Press the Up/Down arrows to select “Information”, and then press the “Enter” button. Use the Up/Down arrows select “Billing Meters”, and then press the “Enter” button. The Billing Meters will be displayed on the Display Screen.
Xerox WorkCenter 7132 - Press the “Machine Status” button on the Control Panel. Select the “Billing Meter/Print Report” tab. Select “Billing Meter”. The following meter readings will be displayed:
o    Black Impressions: Displays total number of black and white copies and prints.
o    Color Impressions: Displays total number of color copies and prints.
o    Total Impressions: Displays total number of copies and prints.
Xerox WorkCenter 416/421 - Press the “Machine Status” button on the Control Panel. The “Machine Status” button is the bottom button just to the right of the Display Screen.  Press the Up or Down arrow on the Control Panel to select “Total print counter”, and then press the “Enter” button. The meter will be displayed.
Xerox WorkCenter 412 - Press the “Menu/Exit” button on the Control Panel, then press “#”, “1”, “9”, “3”, and “5”. Then press the “Select” button and arrow too the right twice. The total copy count will be displayed.
Xerox WorkCenter 423/428 – Press the “Feature Select” button, then choose “Billing Meter” from the menu. Page count will be displayed
Xerox WorkCenter M118/CopyCenter C118 – Press the “Machine Status” button on the control panel. Scroll to the “Billing Meter” option and press “Enter”
Xerox WorkCenter 4118 – Press the “Machine Status” button on the control panel. Choose “Reports” option and scroll to the “Billing Meter” option, press “Enter”
Xerox WorkCenter M15/M15i – Press “Menu” button and scroll down to “Reports” option. Press “Enter” and machine will print report - read “Total Page Counts”
Xerox WorkCenter C20/M20 – Press “Machine Status” button at top right of display screen and scroll down to “Billing/Counters” option.  Press “Enter” and report will print – read “Total Pages” at bottom of sheet.
Xerox WorkCenter Pro 545/635/645/657/665/745/765 - From the Standby Mode, press “Menu” and press “2”, then press “1”. The Settings Report will print and the machine will return to the Standby Mode.
Xerox FaxCenter Pro 735 - Press the [Menu] button on the Control Panel, then press [4], [4] using the numeric keypad. The Settings Report will print.  The lower right side of the Settings Report will indicate the total pages Scanned and total pages Printed.
Xerox FaxCenter F116 – Press “M”, “58” then “OK” button.  Choose “Advanced Functions / Counters”.  Meters will be displayed under categories: Sent Pages, Received Pages, Scanned Pages and Printed Pages
Xerox 16p & 16fx – Press and hold the “C” button and the meter will flash across the display screen in 2 sets of three digits. For example: 001 & 234 is 1,234 copies.
Xerox XD & XC Models – Press and hold the “C” button and the meter will flash across the display screen in 3 sets of two digits. For example: 00 & 12 & 34 is 1,234 copies.
Xerox XDL Models – Meter is inside the front cover.
Xerox 5818/5820/5830 - Press the ‘Review” button on the Control Panel. The Review button is just below the Information “i” button. The “Total Copies” will be displayed on the bottom, left corner of the Touch Screen.
Xerox 5343/5352/5665 - Press the “REVIEW” button to the right of the control panel. Choose “REVIEW BILLING METERS” button in the bottom left of the Review Screen.  The Billing Meters will be displayed on the screen.
Xerox 5626 - Press the “P” button, located to the left of the numeric keypad on the Control Panel. Press “0” on the numeric keypad to enter the Copy Count mode. The total copy count will be displayed on the Touch Screen.
Xerox 5614 - Open the Front Cover of the copier and look at the left side for the meter.
Xerox 5318/5320/5322 - Press the “0” key three times, then press “Start” button. Enter program number “80”, then press “Start”. A series of numbers will flash in the Copy Count window. For example: “CC” “2” “38” “67” means that the copy count is 23,867.

OKIDATA METERS

Okidata B 4250 - Press the oval button once, and then press and hold the button for about 2-3 seconds and then release. It should print a menu map with Page Count listed.
Okidata B 4350 - Press the “Menu button until it says “Information Menu”, and then press the “Select” button twice. It should print the menu map with the Page Count listed.
Okidata B 4545 - Press the “Down” key once, and then digits “5” and then “4” on the phone pad. Machine should print out the list of parameters which has the Page Counts listed.
Okidata C 5150/5500 - Press the “+” button once, and then press the “Enter” button twice.
Okidata C 9500 - Press the “Menu” button once, and press the “Select” button twice.
Okidata ES1624 - Press the “+” button once, and then press the “Enter” button twice.
Okidata ES3640 - Press the “Down” button twice, press “Enter”, and then press the “Down” button until you see the “Usage Report” and press the “Enter” key.
