Return Policy

1. All  returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number by email stating the reason for return before returning any items. PrinterDallas.com will not accept any returns without RMA number. 

2. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and  are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee except manufacturer certified defective items.   

3. All undeliverable and refusal orders are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee plus a penalty of $25.00. 
 
4. The returned item must not be opened or used. The item must be in its original packaging. 
 
5. Defective item may be returned for replacement only within 30 days. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers within the warranty period of the product. 
 
6. No returns or exchanges are accepted over 30-days after delivery. 

7. All returns are required to be shipped back to the designated warehouse location which indicated in the email issuing RMA#. If the return was shipped to a wrong location, an additional fright charge will be applied.

8. Shipping cost for return is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 
 
9. No returns are accepted on consumables. Exchange for consumables will be accepted for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with identical product.
